I'm an electronics engineer. I entered the ropeway industry from the field, not the desk: in Bursa and Alanya I carried full technical responsibility — from the installation and commissioning of one of the world's longest lines and a castle ropeway, onward.

Today I am the founder of my own engineering company and serve as Secretary General of the Cable Car Operators' Association. Because in a ropeway a mistake cannot be undone like an error in a spreadsheet — at the heart of the work lies a single principle: provable safety. EN 1709, ISO and a properly kept audit trail are the difference between saying “we did it” and “I can prove it.”

How does an independent advisor differ from the manufacturer’s service?

I’m not tied to any manufacturer; my priority is your facility’s safety and regulatory compliance. With field experience across different systems (LEITNER, BARTHOLET, DOPPELMAYR), I recommend what’s right for you — not one brand’s solution.

What is EN 1709 and why does it matter?

It is the European standard for the periodic inspection and maintenance of ropeway installations. Applied properly, it is the difference between saying “we did it” and “I can prove it” — decisive at an audit and in an incident.

How do you support the operating-licence process?

I run licensing readiness end to end: audit-ready technical files, documentation discipline and coordination with accredited bodies. Your file complete, your application on time.

Do you also handle periodic inspection and maintenance tracking?

Yes. I manage daily operations, maintenance planning and the periodic-inspection calendar; the digital portal I designed makes every action time-stamped and traceable.

I have played the piano for twenty-five years; my compositions are on Spotify. For a time, with a group of musicians, we came together for the “Van için Rock” benefit concert (after the 2011 Van earthquake).
