Licensing readiness and technical operations management.
Electronics Engineer · Founder, Egenil Teleferik
Up high, there is no room for error.
Technical operations, safety and digitalization for ropeway systems. The engineer on site — from a line's installation and commissioning through years of safe operation.
About
Understanding how something works isn't enough; you have to keep it working.
I'm an electronics engineer. I entered the ropeway industry from the field, not the desk: in Bursa and Alanya I carried full technical responsibility — from the installation and commissioning of one of the world's longest lines and a castle ropeway, onward.
Today I am the founder of my own engineering company and serve as Secretary General of the Cable Car Operators' Association. Because in a ropeway a mistake cannot be undone like an error in a spreadsheet — at the heart of the work lies a single principle: provable safety. EN 1709, ISO and a properly kept audit trail are the difference between saying “we did it” and “I can prove it.”

FAQ
I’m not tied to any manufacturer; my priority is your facility’s safety and regulatory compliance. With field experience across different systems (LEITNER, BARTHOLET, DOPPELMAYR), I recommend what’s right for you — not one brand’s solution.
It is the European standard for the periodic inspection and maintenance of ropeway installations. Applied properly, it is the difference between saying “we did it” and “I can prove it” — decisive at an audit and in an incident.
I run licensing readiness end to end: audit-ready technical files, documentation discipline and coordination with accredited bodies. Your file complete, your application on time.
Yes. I manage daily operations, maintenance planning and the periodic-inspection calendar; the digital portal I designed makes every action time-stamped and traceable.
Signature Work
Years of field experience must become a single discipline: it should belong to the system, not the person. In the management portal I designed, every inspection is time-stamped and signed, every fault photo-documented and traceable. Even when staff change, the facility’s memory stays — the concrete answer to saying “I can prove it” at an audit.
Association & Sector
Holding the shared mind of the whole sector — not of any single operator.
I serve as Secretary General of the Cable Car Operators' Association. The role calls for impartiality, not sides — keeping the sector's safety culture, common standard and regulatory dialogue on the same ground for everyone. That is precisely why independence and public trust carry weight.
The Person & Music
Nothing unrehearsed is safe. A good ropeway, like good harmony, runs quietly — the difference shows in the fault.
I have played the piano for twenty-five years; my compositions are on Spotify. For a time, with a group of musicians, we came together for the “Van için Rock” benefit concert (after the 2011 Van earthquake).
